Saint Columbkille, O noble apostle and defender of the poor, the laborer and the oppressed, receive our humble prayers and obtain for us favors from Jesus. By your love obtain for us the Father of mercies the pardon of all our sins. Strengthen us in the Faith for our perseverance in good works so that living as good and fervent Christians we may become worthy of your patronage. Protect us from all dangers, both physical and moral. And being devout to you in this life, we shall see you in heaven, there with you to praise God forever and ever. Amen.
